He oversees all the firm’s planning, organization, and resource management to achieve well-defined client goals and objectives.
Brian manages our client relationships, ranging from multinational banks and financial services companies to technology and communications firms, law practices, real estate management businesses, furniture dealerships, specialty corporations, restaurants, and government organizations.
He founded Logistics 1st in 2014 with a clear vision to redefine the standards of logistics and facilities management. Under his leadership, the company quickly gained a reputation for reliability, and innovative solutions. His work ethic has been instrumental in expanding our firm’s service offerings, national network of industry-leading contractors, geographic reach, and market presence.
Brian earned a BA in History from the University of Missouri-Rolla (Missouri S&T) and completed additional coursework at St. Louis University graduate school.
He is married, and he and his wife Jenny have four adult daughters and four beautiful grandchildren. Outside work, he enjoys hiking, golf, tennis, and pickleball.
Sheila Meyer has more than 15 years of experience in the logistics industry and has highly specialized expertise in project management, operations, job estimating and billing, and service implementation. Sheila consistently demonstrates a strong ability to streamline processes, optimize service provider networks, and drive efficiency across all facets of Logistics 1st operations for our clients.
As the Director of Operations, Sheila spearheads project scheduling, develops customized execution plans, serves as a primary point of contact for General Contractors, Facilities Managers, and other key personnel, and monitors job progress. Through meticulous planning and execution, she ensures seamless coordination between vendors, fostering a culture of collaboration and long-term client relationships.
Sheila oversees Logistics 1st billing processes, leveraging her keen analytical skills to identify discrepancies and implement solutions that improve accuracy and transparency. She has a demonstrated track record of implementing robust billing tracking systems that enhance financial control and facilitate timely invoicing.
Sheila is deeply committed to continuous improvement, constantly seeking opportunities to refine operational workflows. She plays a pivotal role in service implementation, ensuring client requirements are met with precision and excellence.
