Brian Andrzejewski
Founder & President
Brian Andrzejewski is a visionary entrepreneur and the driving force behind Logistics 1st's success. With his unwavering focus on client-centric service and a keen understanding of the rapidly changing landscape of logistics and facilities services, Brian plays a pivotal role in steering the firm's continued strong growth. He oversees all the firm’s planning, organization, and resource management to achieve well-defined client goals and objectives.
Brian manages our client relationships, ranging from multinational banks and financial services companies to technology and communications firms, law practices, real estate management businesses, furniture dealerships, specialty corporations, restaurants, and government organizations.
He founded Logistics 1st in 2014 with a clear vision to redefine the standards of logistics and facilities management. Under his leadership, the company quickly gained a reputation for reliability, and innovative solutions. His work ethic has been instrumental in expanding our firm’s service offerings, national network of industry-leading contractors, geographic reach, and market presence.
Brian earned a BA in History from the University of Missouri-Rolla (Missouri S&T) and completed additional coursework at St. Louis University graduate school.
He is married, and he and his wife Jenny have four adult daughters and five beautiful grandchildren. Outside work, he enjoys hiking, golf, tennis, and pickleball.
Sheila Meyer
Director of Operations
Sheila Meyer has more than 15 years of experience in the logistics industry and has highly specialized expertise in project management, operations, job estimating and billing, and service implementation. Sheila consistently demonstrates a strong ability to streamline processes, optimize service provider networks, and drive efficiency across all facets of Logistics 1st operations for our clients.
As the Director of Operations, Sheila spearheads project scheduling, develops customized execution plans, serves as a primary point of contact for General Contractors, Facilities Managers, and other key personnel, and monitors job progress. Through meticulous planning and execution, she ensures seamless coordination between vendors, fostering a culture of collaboration and long-term client relationships.
Sheila oversees Logistics 1st billing processes, leveraging her keen analytical skills to identify discrepancies and implement solutions that improve accuracy and transparency. She has a demonstrated track record of implementing robust billing tracking systems that enhance financial control and facilitate timely invoicing.
Sheila is deeply committed to continuous improvement, constantly seeking opportunities to refine operational workflows. She plays a pivotal role in service implementation, ensuring client requirements are met with precision and excellence. By collaborating closely with service providers, she ensures Logistics 1st industry-leading standards are upheld, delivering value and exceeding our customers’ expectations.
Hannah Andrzejewski
Project Manager
Hannah Andrzejewski is a Project Manager responsible for leading and coordinating complex client projects across the country. She specializes in integrating key areas such as operational logistics, facility layout and design planning, and cross-functional team collaboration. Her role involves managing timelines, resources, and communication among project teams to deliver effective and practical solutions for facilities departments nationwide.
Hannah takes a proactive approach to managing project planning and scheduling that aligns with client goals. She acts as the main point of contact for contractors, warehouse teams, and other key team leaders, ensuring that delivery milestones and timelines are closely monitored. Her focus is on fostering a collaborative work environment and maintaining strong, client-centered relationships throughout the project timeline.
Before joining Logistics 1st, Hannah was a Healthcare IT Consultant for Oracle Health. She worked on various project software implementations within large hospital corporations as well as community and critical access hospitals.
Hannah earned a dual Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing from Fontbonne University.
She has recently become engaged and enjoys being an aunt and spending time with her family members and friends. She enjoys playing pickleball and traveling when she is away from the office.
